General Return Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Hairbrushes and combs
  • Hair extensions and wigs
  • Hair color and hair care products (opened or unsealed)
  • Cosmetics (opened or unsealed)
  • Personal care appliances (including hair dryers, curling irons, and straighteners) that have been opened or show signs of use
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in its original, unopened, and unused condition
  • Have all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Please note that Beauty Supply Canada Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet these criteria.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. In such cases, Beauty Supply Canada Inc. will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.



Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team at for assistance.
